Information regarding conference registration, including procedures and deadlines, will be available soon.
Attendance at the conference is free of charge, with the support of the H2GreenValley project. The project covers the technical visit on Day 1, the H2GreenValley Day on Day 2, and the conference programme on Days 3 and 4, including coffee breaks.
For participants interested in joining the networking lunches on Days 3 and 4 and the conference dinner, these will be available for an estimated fee of €350. Participation in these meal events is optional, but places are limited.
To ensure availability, registration for these activities will follow a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Payment through debit/credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA).

The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

All payments receipts (if applicable) will be sent based on the information provided in the application form. In case of any change it will be charged a fee of 25,00€ per registration

Online registration will be available until 31 August 2026.
CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICIES

Participants can cancel their registrations until 15 April 2026. Until that date, payments will be refunded. However, a fee of 25,00€ will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the conference.

In case of cancelation after 15 April 2026 or in case of no-show, fees paid for registration will not be refunded.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

In order to reduce the amount of paper used, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format after the conference by email.
